   Nine victories have already been achieved. Now for the tenth time, Shaolin monk Liu Kang, movie star Johnny Cage, special force officer Sonya Blade, and the defense of Earth have all entered the tournament’s final, where Sonya killed Kano, Jonny defeated Scorpion, and Liu killed Sub-zero. Now next to Prince Goro, Raydenn warns all remaining warriors, and Jonny challenges Goro to save Sonya and Liu.

   Jonny wins, but tournament host Shang Tsung takes Sonya to the outer world. Rayen sends Jonny and Liu to rescue Sonya, and Liu is attacked by a reptile and kills everyone. Princess Kitana meets with them and reveals that her home is beautiful and peaceful. However, the Emperor destroyed everything after ten mortal Kombats were held there.

   He adopted Kitana, and Kitata helped them break the rules of Mortal Kombat. Tsung and Liu engaged in a battle in which Liu won, and all captured souls were released from Tsung. After returning to Earthrealm, all celebrate victory at Liu’s Shaolin temple. The Outworld Emperor declares that he will come back for everyone’s souls.

   After a big hit film, Mortal Kombat returned with its second sequel on November 21, 1997. The movie continues the story where the Outworld emperor Shao Khan opens a portal to the Earthrealm. We see Princess Kitana’s mother, Queen Sindel, who the emperor resurrected. Rayden, the god of thunder, and Earthrealm warriors fight but retreat to seek allies. Cyber Ninja Cyrax attacks Sonya and her partner Jackson on the battlefield.

   Later, the two fight with Mileena, and Sonya is saved by Jax from a monster. On the other side, Kitana and Liu search for Nightwolf, who knows the key to defeat Kahn but is attacked by Cyber Ninja Smoke and saved by Sub-Zero. Suddenly, Scorpion appears and kidnaps Kitana. Finally, Rayden meets with all the elder gods and asks why Kahn can break all the rules in the tournament. The results indicate that defeating Kahn himself is the solution.

   Upon discovering Nightwolf, Liu taught the power of animality to Liu at his request. To gain this power, Liu must pass three tests. The first is the trial in which he had to demonstrate his self-confidence, focus, and courage. It then manifested into Jade, after which Liu accepted and took her to the elder’s temple. Finally, after Rayen had been certified to fight freely in the Earthrealm, they all decided to rescue Kitana and let her mother meet, closing the portal.

   As per their plan, Liu fights Baraka, and Sheeva saves Kitana. Jade, a secret warrior, reveals that Kahn secretly sent her and Kahn killed Rayden. After Liu fights with Shao Kahn and the elders intervene, Sindel is freed from Kahn’s control, and Sindel and Kitana reunite. After Rayden’s death, he was taken to the immortal realm, but before that, everyone enjoyed the victory.

   The third movie in the Mortal Kombat movie series was released on April 23, 2021. The second part was a commercial failure. Nearly two decades later, they released their third film, adapted from a video game of the same name.

   The movie shows 17th century Japan, where Lin Kuei assassinates the Shirai Ryu ninja clan warriors. Then a fight between Bi-Han, leader of Lin Kuei, and Hanzo Hasashi, leader of the ninja clan, turns wild. Hanzo is killed, but before that, he tells Bi-Han to remember his face, his soul condemned to the Netherrealm.

   The story moves to 2021 when the tenth Mortal Kombat tournament is happening. But before the tournament started, Shang Tsung sent his warriors to kill all the Earthrealm’s champions. MMA fighter Cole Young was attracted to Bi-Han(Sub-Zero) and later battled Jax, a special forces major.

   Kano interrogates Sonya, and she reveals that she and her partner Jax are investigating Mortal Kombat’s existence. Syzoth attacked them, but Kano killed him with Cole and Sonya’s help. Shang Tsung attacked the temple, but Raiden’s shield stopped him. All champions recover, and Cole, Kano, Kang, and Lao train to unlock their Arcana, an extraordinary power for all dragon mark bearers.

   The movie turns interesting when Kano unlocks his laser light shooting at his right eye, which means his Arcana awakens. Cole is sent home by Raiden after failing to wake up his Arcana. Jax awakens his supernatural strength. Shang Tsung attacks the temple, and Sub-Zero returns and fights Goro.

   Tsung also saved Cole and Sub-Zero’s souls. Raiden gives Cole Hanzo’s kunai as part of Cole’s plan to fight in single combat. Liu defeats Kango, and Sonya kills Kano and acquires Kano’s dragon mark. Furthermore, Sony also unlocked her purple energy blast ability and killed Mileena. As overpowered by Sub-Zero, Cole uses kunai, and Hanzo appears as Scorpion.

   Scorpion helps him defeat Sub-Zero and Cole saves his family. Scorpion departs as Riden. Shang Tsung arrives and declares that he will come next time with armies. Raiden declares that he will train new warriors for the next tournament. The last scene is where Cole searches for Hollywood martial arts star Johnny Cage.

Hanzo killed the Lin Kuei clan after discovering that Shri Ryu sent Lin Kuei. Lin Kuei’s grandmaster, Sub-Zero, freezes Hanzo and kills his son, and then he kills Hanzo. Thunder god Raiden and Shaolin monk Liu Kang prepare for the Mortal Kombat tournament hosted by Shang Tsung.

   Hollywood actor Johnny Cage and special forces agent Sonya Blade take part. Hasashi awakens and kills the demon torturer. Quan Chi will be his partner in the fight against Sub-Zero if he meets with him. The Scorpion, known as Hanzi, tries to steal Shinnok but Raiden stops him. On the other side, Sonya, Cage, and Liu Kang witness Jax losing an arm to Gord, and Raiden save him.

   Quan Chi appears to Scorpion and reveals that he was responsible for the slaughter of Shirai Ryu. Scorpion withdraws from revenge. Her wounded mother tries to devour Kang, but Lord Raiden stops her and saves Liu Kang. Raiden picks up the child Liu Kang and trains him for his purpose.

   In the following tournament, Shao Kahn declares war on Princess Kitana, Kintaro, General Reiko, and Jade, a secret warrior of Outworld. As well as the Earthrealm warriors taking part in Mortal Kombat, Raiden and Shao Kahn decide on their final combat in the realm under the Elders. Scorpion awakens as a servant of Quan Chi. Lin Kuei members Kuai Liang and Smoke are summoned to kill Scorpion.

A young warrior named Kenshi defeats the trio and saves his city. He reveals his surname as Takahashi, which catches Shang Tsung’s attention.

   Kenshi travels to a desert where Shang Tsung throws him into a well of water. Kenshi hears Sentowho telepathically and takes it to save himself. He covered his eyes to increase his awareness of sound in the Wheel of Soul. Kenshi first met Kuai Liang on a train, and Shang Tsung attacked Kano.

   Kenshi entered a city and killed many Black Dragons after a fight. Kuai Liang summons the scorpion and reassumes his identity as Sub-Zero, and they arrive to save Kenshi. Kuai Liang killed Kano before he used Kronika’s Hourglass to wipe away Sub-Zero’s existence. Kenshi is made the new successor to Earthrealm Kuai, and he departs for the Netherrealm with Scorpion.

5. Mortal Kombat Legends: Cage Match

   The film will be released in 2023, and he will return as the voice of Johnny Cage. It will be interesting to see how the story continues with Johnny Cage’s voice and what the next adventures are.
